Localized, tailor-made planning

We are able to create tailor-made plans that are rooted in the local community.
We believe that it is essential to collaborate with local people in commercialization in order to create something good over time.
We value interaction with local people and are able to listen to the voices of local people.

Professional staff for all aspects of theaters and halls

Our strength lies in the unparalleled execution capabilities of our specialized groups. We have a large number of experienced management professionals, including leading experts in stage technology and personal connections with artists, on staff in-house as resident staff.
Since our establishment in 1983, we have accumulated a wealth of experience. As a theater consulting company that handles everything related to theaters and halls, we have many resources to meet any need.

Square, shopping district, nature" Responsiveness to jump out of the theater

We believe that content that creates liveliness and engages people in the community is not something that can be completed only in a theater. We can respond to a variety of environments, such as a shopping district, a plaza, a shopping street, or a corner of a rice paddy. We are able to respond to the voices of local people who say, "I want to do something like this," or "I want to do something new here. We will respond to the voices of local people and create new businesses together.

Involvement from the planning stage" style to take advantage of features

We have proposed "removing the walls of the theater/hall and viewing the stage from the outside," and "a project that takes advantage of the large windows and allows the audience to enjoy the sunset. We were able to propose these ideas because we know the characteristics of each hall.
We are proud that we are able to do this because we are involved in the design stage of theaters and halls, which is not uncommon in our style. Of course, even if we participate after the design stage, we will understand the concept and propose the most appropriate plan.

Public Venue Managers

We have a new cultural facility that is being rebuilt. We would like to implement voluntary projects with citizen participation throughout the year that take root in the local community, branding and revitalizing the area. We would like to have a partner to whom we can entrust the entire process from the formulation of a specific project plan to its implementation.

Venue
Owner

We have a hall and an outdoor plaza. We want to take advantage of these locations to plan festivals that attract large crowds and enhance our corporate image. We would like to plan events in line with our brand image, book artists, and manage the event on the day of the event.

Local Government Officer

We would like to plan events with hands-on experiences that will lead to the children's future. We would like to be introduced to the latest information on successful examples from other municipalities, new types of workshops, and other methods and content that match our own municipalities.

Artists and
Content Creators

I would like to use my experience and initiatives to expand my presentation opportunities and engage in activities that will energize my hometown. I would like to know if there are venues that would be willing to work with me to plan new shows, or if there are opportunities for me to travel to my hometown or other parts of the country to hold shows.

What We Do

Planning of cultural projects

We plan a wide range of cultural events and festivals, including classical music, pop, drama, musicals, dance, and classical performing arts, as well as hands-on workshops and events that are more rooted in daily life and culture.

Production and implementation of cultural projects

We begin by creating and proposing a plan, and once a decision is made, we prepare and manage the budget, book and coordinate performers, publicize and advertise, prepare scripts, program charts, stage plans, etc., manage tickets, and arrange for stage technical and operational staff.
After the performance, we will submit a report summarizing the results and offer suggestions for the next performance.

Participation in the Designated Manager System

As the designated administrator of cultural facilities in various regions, we have a proven track record of planning and implementing cultural projects to improve citizen services and revitalize local culture and communities.

Mid- and long-term business planning and branding

Based on the concept of the cultural facility, whether public or private, new or existing, we will propose and implement a plan for anniversary events and medium- to long-term independent projects to make the facility beloved by the local community and a center of community and culture and art.

Opening Event

We will join the theater consulting team even before the cultural facility opens, and will create an opening event for the community to participate in, taking into account the thoughts and concepts of the facility's creators.

Discover and develop new content

We work with a variety of content holders, including performing groups and artists, to create new projects in line with the times. We create opportunities for artists to present their works and make new connections with facilities, local governments, and community members.

Supporting local people to improve their ability to communicate

In addition to planning events to promote local culture, we help improve the ability of local citizens to promote their own culture by providing training courses for receptionists and other opportunities for local residents to become involved in the management of facilities and events, leading to the formation of non-profit organizations.
