This is because we started as a theatre consulting company that is involved with facilities even before they are created,
We take over the ideas of the creators of the facilities, propose concepts and operations that match the times, and work together with the local community to nurture the facilities.

What We Do

Operation and management of facilities

We participate in the operation and management of a wide variety of facilities, both private and public, including cultural facilities such as theaters and halls, event spaces, and event squares.
In some cases, we have been commissioned to provide consulting services at the planning stage and continue to provide full range of operation and management services.

Preparation for opening

In preparation for the opening of the museum, we will prepare necessary documents such as rules of use, application forms, user manuals, and a ledger for managing operational status, as well as establish a preparation office, including an inquiry counter, and launch an official website.

resident management

Staff will be stationed at the facility to manage operations on-site.
They will respond to inquiries from users, manage the reservation ledger, manage and maintain the stage equipment and rental equipment in the event space, and coordinate with the owner, tenants in the facility, the disaster prevention center, and other related parties.

Performances and event witnessing

We will support you to hold your event in a safe, secure, and effective manner by confirming drawings, schedules, and delivery plans through preliminary meetings and previews of the event to be held in the rental space.

Sales Policies

In addition to analyzing current conditions such as usage trends, we will examine market trends and discuss and implement sales measures for branding and facility revitalization with the owner, such as campaign planning, creation of accompanying sales promotion materials, use of web advertising, and door-to-door sales.

Implementation of voluntary projects

We also plan and produce independent projects and co-sponsor projects with content holders in conjunction with our in-house team dedicated to cultural projects for the purpose of branding, revitalizing and developing the facility, including opening and anniversary events.

Working as part of a complex or community

We will work with a wide range of stakeholders to create a better facility environment, including tenants and disaster prevention center within the complex, and outside the facility, interacting with local residents as a member of that community.

Theatre/Hall Operation Flow

Supporting client or venue owner from concept building or basic planning. After the contract, leading daily venue management based on our many years of experience with updating and improving daily operation and vision.

    Hearing
    For planning the venue and management scheme, carefully listen to the client's voice to understand wishes and vision.

    Inspection and Situation Check
    Inspecting not only the site site but also the surrounding area conditions to confirm the venue's value in the community.

    Research and Survey
    Researching more detailed information about the surrounding area, interviewing with local residents and potential users and surveying the needs and demands to venue.

    Proposal
    Based on the information gathered in the hearing and the area information, building the concept of the venue and the team, and making a proposal based on that.

    Contract
    Based on the proposed plan, discussing the details with the client or venue owner and sign a contract once the owner is satisfied with the details.

    Operation
    Our staff and subcontractors start operation based on the plan. Also providing status reports and suggestions as needed.

  • 07

    Analysis and improvement
    Not to be rest on the on-going situation, keep analyzing and improving it and  implementing the PDCA cycle.
