From now on, we will provide information about the Tomakomai Civic Cultural Hall and its construction status through this website.

The Tomakomai Civic Cultural Hall, which plans to integrate the functions of the Civic Hall, Cultural Hall, Labor Welfare Center, and Transportation Safety Center, is scheduled to open in March 2026.
It will consist of Hall A, which seats approximately 1,200 people for music and theater performances, and Hall B, which seats approximately 400 people (with a standing capacity of approximately 800), as well as activity rooms, multipurpose rooms, and a gallery.
Aiming to become a third place for Tomakomai citizens, a new complex facility with local roots will be developed.
