A joint project by "AiRK (Artist in Residence KOBE)," where artists from Japan and abroad gather to create, and "Seishin Chuo Hall," which aims to become a cultural hub in the Seishin New Town area.
Artists active in Japan and abroad stay at AiRK and develop their creative activities while researching the city of Kobe.
The work-in-progress performance will be presented at Seishin Chuo Hall!
