We operate theaters, halls, outdoor plazas, and a variety of other public and private facilities throughout Japan.
This is because we started as a theater consulting company that is involved with facilities even before they are created,
We take over the ideas of the creators of the facilities, propose concepts and operations that match the times, and work together with the local community to nurture the facilities.
We nurture facilities together with local residents.
We participate in the operation and management of a wide variety of facilities, both private and public, including cultural facilities such as theaters and halls, event spaces, and event squares.
In some cases, we have been commissioned to provide consulting services at the planning stage and continue to provide full range of operation and management services.
In preparation for the opening of the museum, we will prepare necessary documents such as rules of use, application forms, user manuals, and a ledger for managing operational status, as well as establish a preparation office, including an inquiry counter, and launch an official website.
Staff will be stationed at the facility to manage operations on-site.
They will respond to inquiries from users, manage the reservation ledger, manage and maintain the stage equipment and rental equipment in the event space, and coordinate with the owner, tenants in the facility, the disaster prevention center, and other related parties.
We will support you to hold your event in a safe, secure, and effective manner by confirming drawings, schedules, and delivery plans through preliminary meetings and previews of the event to be held in the rental space.
In addition to analyzing current conditions such as usage trends, we will examine market trends and discuss and implement sales measures for branding and facility revitalization with the owner, such as campaign planning, creation of accompanying sales promotion materials, use of web advertising, and door-to-door sales.
We also plan and produce independent projects and co-sponsor projects with content holders in conjunction with our in-house team dedicated to cultural projects for the purpose of branding, revitalizing and developing the facility, including opening and anniversary events.
We will work with a wide range of stakeholders to create a better facility environment, including tenants and disaster prevention center within the complex, and outside the facility, interacting with local residents as a member of that community.

Owner
We have decided to build a hall in a special urban planning zone and other regional redevelopment projects.
Going forward, we would like to have someone we can consult with on a one-stop basis regarding the creation of a facility that makes the most of the requirements of the local urban planning requirements and a specific operation plan that also anticipates income and expenditures.
